Miniature Houses: What You Need to Build Your Glitter Village
This is a complete list of the tools you need to have and other tools that would be nice to have. If you are planning to build a tiny village of more than one or two miniature houses, I recommend using all the tools available to you.
Another tip for building miniature houses: stop throwing away used, clean cardboard. Save cereal boxes, the backs of writing tablets, food package cardboard – basically anything flat, firm and clean, that you can re-use.
These are the main tools that you should keep on hand:
- X-acto knife
- Metal ruler
- Scissors
- Tweezers
- School glue
- Glue stick
- Scotch tape
- Small brush
- Cutting mat
- 1/4-inch hole punch
- Bone folder
